Students who have Qualified the HS final exam or equivalent can submit applications to take admission to Colleges and Universities in Assam using SAMARTH Online Admission Portal. A merit list will be prepared by the authority as per the online applications received from the students. As per the merit list students may take the admission in respective colleges.

- Sapling Photo: Recent picture with planted tree
- 3 Passport Photos (White background)

Step-by-Step Application Process
Phase 1: Registration
- Visit SAMARTH Portal
- Click "New Registration"
- Enter HSLC Roll Number & DARPAN ID
- Verify mobile via OTP
Phase 2: Form Filling
- Select preferred colleges (Max 5 choices)
- Upload scanned documents:
- PDF: Academic certificates (Max 2MB)
- JPG: Sapling photo (500x500px)
- Pay ₹200 application fee online
Phase 3: Final Submission
- Review all details
- Generate final PDF application
- Take printout for verification
